We want you to love your clean beauty routine; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and items must be in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided by the portal and secure it to the outside of your return package.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully pack the items in their original box or any sturdy cardboard shipping container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leaking.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status.
